Four Portraits of Native Action
In an effort to support independent filmmakers with compelling stories to tell about contemporary social issues, Katahdin Productions provides nonprofit fiscal sponsorships. This enables film and video makers to seek and accept grants and donations from foundations, government funding agencies and individual donors. Katahdin Productions selects projects with experienced production personnel and compelling subjects that fall within the mission of the organization. Katahdin provides fiscal oversight and ensures that the projects are produced with high professional standards and solid financial management.
Submissions for fiscal sponsorship should include the following:
- Detailed project description
- Distribution plan
- Fundraising plan
- Budget
